Guillermo Sandoval founded Connecticut Levy Fleets powered by Levy Electric with the mission of bringing innovative transportation solutions to the University of Connecticut and other locations across the United States. As a Mechanical Engineering UConn alumni and first-generation graduate, Guillermo embodies the entrepreneurial spirit of UConn students and demonstrates how the education received can be used to give back to the community.
With support from UConn’s Entrepreneurship Department and Guillermo’s vision, we introduced these services to students at special discounted rates. But we don’t stop there our goal is to reinvest in the community by donating a portion of our revenue to engineering clubs and supporting other engineering students’ visions.
Our team is made up of talented individuals including Mechanical Engineers, Software Engineers, finance professionals, entrepreneurs, and government officials. Collectively, we bring experience from leading innovators across the United States and academic backgrounds from respected institutions such as the University of Connecticut, Central Connecticut State University, and universities in New York City, among others.
As a team of proud minority professionals, we share a common aspiration to grow while giving back to our community. We believe that our success is closely tied to the success of students by supporting and sponsoring university clubs, we aim to create opportunities that inspire the next generation of innovators.
